Meet Holly O’Neill
Holly has been with us at MAX as a trainer for 3 years. She believes the training atmosphere plays a big part in the efficacy and quality of your workout, so her training style is full of energy and enthusiasm! Holly studied Recreational Therapy at Memorial University and is certified in Functional Movement (FMS) training, MAX Fitness spin training, C license for soccer, and is currently working on her NSCA Certified Personal Training certification.
Holly is also an accomplished athlete and has won many soccer awards such as rookie of the year in 2017, top goal scorer 2020, and MVP of the league in 2020. She has led fitness and strength and conditioning sessions over the last 5 years with the Seahawks women's soccer team and she coaches the GU17 paradise team. She has developed and continues to facilitate a strength and conditioning program for the team. In her spare time (which is rare) she loves to spin, run, hike, and workout on her own.
