Meet Nicole Hollohan
Nicole has a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and functional movement screens certification. She is currently completing her master’s in clinical epidemiology.
Nicole has been part of the #maxfam since 2017, leading running clinics, on the lead spin bike and instructing group fitness/personal training/kinesiology sessions. Fitness has always been a part of Nicole’s life and she places focus upon creating a motivating and body positive training environment to help clients express the best version of themselves. You will most definitely leave a session with Nicole laughing! Running is Nicole’s passion, from 5k’s on the road to ultramarathons on the trail. As part of the Memorial Sea-Hawks women’s cross-country team Nicole knows the importance of proper training to remain injury free.
When she is not at MAX, you will catch her expanding her knowledge at MUN or running the streets and trails of St. John’s.
Nicole Hollohan is an avid runner with a love for challenging activities and getting outdoors. From cross country running to hiking the East Coast Trail, not even Newfoundland weather can stop her from staying active. Nicole is passionate about promoting a balanced and healthy lifestyle. After many years of team sports and competing in local road races, she will help you set new goals and achieve them.

With a background in coaching wrestling and competing as a varsity cross country athlete, she has experience training in a motivating and encouraging environment.
