Meet Ryan Davis
Ryan is a movement nerd and a dance fan. He spent years travelling to study various forms of dance, mind-body and movement techniques and grew to love what the body can accomplish with training. It became empowering to find new freedom and ability through movement.
Ryan is a personal trainer who values the power of our mind-muscle connection and attention to form. In recent years, physical injuries led him to slow down and focus on rehabilitation. Fitness these days is about finding balance in exercise. Before personal training, Ryan taught other movement disciplines including dance and yoga.
Recreationally, Ryan is into cycle touring, hiking, and swimming in nature (he knows all the best local spots!). His sports of choice are tennis, frisbee, skiing and curling. Ryan is jazzed to be part of the Max fitness team.
