Meet Dasha Ermolovich
Dasha is originally from Russia, and moved to Newfoundland several years ago. Her passion for fitness and wellbeing extends well past recent years. Dasha is a cross country skier, and graduate of the School of Ballet in Moscow!
Dasha fell in love with Pilates when she joined MAX and as a devoted attendee has hardly ever missed a class since she joined. She is now certified as a Pilates instructor. Dasha’s approach to training is to make people confident in their own body. "I always say, focus on how it makes you feel and not on how it makes you look. Looking strong doesn’t mean feeling strong, and that’s where I discovered that Pilates is one of the best ways to make your body strong without damaging it."
