Meet Aimee Langer

Aimee loves to make fitness fun and inclusive! Growing up as a dancer it was a natural progression for Aimee to move from the dance studio to the fitness world. The first-class Aimee ever taught was Spin and it is still her favorite class to teach.

She is a certified Canfitpro PRO Trainer, fitness instructor specialist, personal training specialist, nutrition and wellness specialist as well as a Jillian Michaels BOPDYSHRED Master Trainer. Aimee has rowed in the Royal St. John’s Regatta many times and been a frequent participant in the Tely 10 road race. More recently she has enjoyed training in CrossFit and enjoys hiking. Aimee has volunteered with Kids Eat Smart, Bust a Move, Atii Fitness Society, Miles for Smiles, and the Canadian Cancer Society Relay for Life.

Not only is she passionate about fitness, Aimee is also an advocate for women’s health and mental health. Coming from a large Irish family St. Paddys Day is a BIG day in Aimee’s life!

Aimee Langer is an enthusiast – about life, about wellness, and especially about fitness. Her passion for the latter has led her to a 12 year career as a fitness professional and entrepreneur. A certified canfitpro Fitness Instructor Specialist PROTRAINER and Personal Trainer, Aimee has extensive experience in a variety of wellness environments, and has helped people of all ages and fitness levels reach their goals.

Outside of the gym, Aimee enjoys hiking and bike riding with her family, rowing, running, yoga and CrossFit. Having recently moved home to Newfoundland from Nunavut, where she worked as Fitness Coordinator for the City of Iqaluit, Aimee is excited to join the MAX Fitness family and be part of bringing high quality, supportive fitness programming to our members.
