  • A Free Comprehensive Assessment: This assessment helps you pinpoint your goals, and helps us understand how we can help. A functional mobility screen is also conducted to identify any areas of weakness, imbalance, or injury. 
  • Personalized workouts  developed for you by your trainer: Your MAX personal trainer will guide you through one-on-one sessions designed for your body. Trainers are dedicated to teaching proper technique and form, so you can take what you learn and feel confident in the gym. No two sessions will be identical to keep things interesting, and your progress is recorded so that it can be measured over time.
  • Personal Training: Whether you’re recovering from an injury or illness, want to take your training to the next level, or recognize you need an extra level of motivation and accountability to find consistency, our trainers are here to help you reach your goals. MAX Trainers are passionate, educated, and thoroughly trained. Team Training

Learning how to train efficiently for your sport is crucial to a healthy body and mind and to achieving peak performance.
With sport-specific strength and conditioning, an athlete can avoid training plateaus, overuse injuries, and burnout. Our trainers have the technical knowledge to help athletes reach their full potential.

MAX Team Training program involves a combination of conditioning, strength, mobility, and balance building and is open to any sport or athletic program looking to gain a competitive edge, from youth programs (13 and up) to adult programs.  

Team training is typically scheduled one session per week for 8-weeks. Contact us to put together your team training package.
