Team Training
Learning how to train efficiently for your sport is crucial to a healthy body and mind and to achieving peak performance.
With sport-specific strength and conditioning, an athlete can avoid training plateaus, overuse injuries, and burnout. Our trainers have the technical knowledge to help athletes reach their full potential.
MAX Team Training program involves a combination of conditioning, strength, mobility, and balance building and is open to any sport or athletic program looking to gain a competitive edge, from youth programs (13 and up) to adult programs.
Team training is typically scheduled one session per week for 8-weeks. Contact us to put together your team training package.
