This is a 6-week habit-based fitness challenge. All participants will get to choose from 80 exercise classes per week (Strength, Cardio, Spin, Yoga, Pilates) instructed by our team of amazing coaches. Each week, there will be a different seminar that outlines how to effectively build health and fitness into your routine and make it a permanent part of your life.

  • Week 1: Building a Routine that Works for You
  • Week 2: Effective and Realistic Goal-Setting
  • Week 3: Rest and Recovery - Recognizing Soreness versus Pain 
  • Week 4: Nutrition Guidance
  • Week 5: Mindfulness/Stress Management
  • Week 6: Recap Week - Putting it All Together

Prior to Challenge: 

Before we start (Monday, November 7th), all participants will receive a 6-week habit tracker (view tracker).

The Goal: 

First things first - the primary goal isn’t to exercise 42 days in a row. 

The mission is to help you see why small changes can lead to long-term results, by identifying areas of strength and opportunity. 

These areas aren’t always related to how hard you are training, either.

At MAX, we want you to know how to choose the proper workout for your goals and abilities. And that what you eat is more important than how much. And that sleep quality and stress management are bigger pieces of the puzzle than most people realize.
