MAX offers fitness programs and classes to fit your schedule, meet your goals, and keep you motivated and inspired while living your healthiest life.

Programs

Whether you want to get strong, stretchy, or sweaty, our small class sizes in spin, yoga, and conditioning give you a studio vibe without the boutique price tag.

Reach your goals faster with personal, group, or team training. Our expert trainers will support you where you are and to get you where you want to go. 

Our six week, online program includes virtual workouts, accountability check-ins, a community for motivation and coaching, along with a nutrition program and expert speakers. Offered back-to-back, all year round. 

Change your life with this intensive program including personal training, a nutrition plan, and the power to transform your habits. Program runs in September and January.

Access all our equipment including free weights, cardio machines, TRX and cages, and strength machines in the open gym. You’ll also love our turf and open studio spaces, where you can do your own thing.

Join us for a 12-week Tely 10 Running Clinic from August 7 to October 28 for all runners of every pace and skill level. Not only do you get 3-weekly runs and great coaches, but we also have class passes so you can stretch in yoga, build strength in group classes, or cross-train in spin. It’s a well-balanced training program to power you to the finish line. First timer? Chasing a PB? No runner is ever left behind! 

Group Studio Classes

Choose from more than 100 classes each week in spin, conditioning, yoga, and more! It’s the group energy and fitness community you’ve been looking for.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

HIIT is scientifically proven to deliver great results in less time. MAX offers five formats, ensuring anyone can find an empowering group class that fits their needs.

Total Conditioning:

Made up of 45-second timed drills, all our TC classes (including Express) challenge your speed, agility, and strength to give you a great overall fitness class. Build strength and cardio using a wide-range of timed movements. Try TC 451 if you’re new to the HIIT experience. Exercise variations are always demonstrated during each class to help you achieve the safest and most effective training workout for your personal fitness level.

Cardio and Core 

Get ready to really blast your aerobic fitness while building a strong core. This class will help increase cardio endurance while delivering a well-rounded cross-training experience. 

Tabata 

A high-intensity interval workout will boost metabolism, build strength, and increase your stamina. Each station is five minutes in length, broken down into cardio- and strength-based exercises. The rest will always be shorter than the work with a 20:10 work to rest ratio. Get ready to jump-start the heart rate and sweat it out!

Redline (Advanced)

Our most challenging class, be ready to work hard! This 60-minute experience has minimal rest with maximum intensity across a combination of strength, cardio, power, and agility work.

Friday Special

Our coaches bring fun and innovation every Friday, mixing up your routine for a new experience every time. Elevate your heart rate and kick off the weekend with a jam-packed class of cardio-, strength-, and power-based exercises. Stations are a mix of pyramid sets and intervals. A great choice for any level of fitness.

Spin

Dim lights, loud music, and moving to the beat - this class is a party on a bike! Perfect for a low-impact cardio workout, our supportive coaches and high-energy community environment will have your legs and heart pumping. You will be challenged to push yourself, but you control the intensity in a non-intimidating environment. 

Strength

Slow, steady, and sometimes heavy, this is our most popular class for a reason! Using dumbbells, kettlebells, and body weight, this class focuses on low-intensity and long-duration sets to give you a great full-body workout. Because you control the pace and weight this is perfect for beginners and advanced alike.

Yoga & Pilates

These energizing classes are suitable for all levels of experience. Instructors will incorporate fundamental poses and exercises for beginners and suggest modifications for those looking for an added challenge. Come join for some spicy, stretchy fun! 

Yoga Flow

A Vinyasa-style class, this flowing sequence will take you through a series of poses to increase strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

Yin Yoga

Open up joints and soft tissue through this gentle slow-paced meditative asana yoga class. An excellent complement to those who train hard in other forums.

Pilates

Target the muscles of the core and tone the entire body with this strength meets flexibility class. We will use a dynamic series of pilates exercises to help you feel longer and leaner.
