One-On-One Kickoff:

Before you even break a sweat, we offer an optional Welcome Session to review where you currently are in your fitness journey. Should you require any extra attention due to pain or injuries, we can schedule a time to meet with our director, to discuss any modifications you should be making during your workouts.

Group Studio Classes

With more than 70 classes each week in spin, yoga, strength, conditioning, and more, you’ll get amazing quality every time. Whether you want to get strong, stretchy, or sweaty, our small class sizes give you a studio vibe, without the boutique price tag.

Take things to the next level with Personal Training. All MAX trainers and instructors are highly-educated and trained, many are kinesiologists.
