One-On-One Kickoff:
Before you even break a sweat, we’ll schedule a Welcome Session to review where you currently are in your fitness journey. You’ll receive a Functional Movement Assessment to identify any problem areas or injuries and discuss what goals you want to achieve in your time with us.
Group Studio Classes
With more than 100 classes each week in spin, yoga, strength, conditioning, and more, you’ll get amazing quality every time. Whether you want to get strong, stretchy, or sweaty, our small class sizes give you a studio vibe, without the boutique price tag.

Take things to the next level with Personal Training. All MAX trainers and instructors are highly-educated and trained, many are kinesiologists.
