New Classes

Tabata: Now at MAX, one of the newest conditioning classes in studios throughout North America. This class includes high intensity exercise bursts followed by quick rest and recovery time.

TRX Kettlebell: With two of the most popular pieces of training equipment in the industry, this class will offer a full body workout, combining both strength and conditioning exercises.

Outdoor Classes

MAX Unleashed: Join us for an all outdoors workout with a great mix of strength, cardio and agility. Don’t worry about the weather – we’ve held the gymnasiums in case you need to get indoors.

Power Run: Includes a short run route with stops for strength and agility exercises. All fitness levels are welcome, and all participants will run and get strong together.

Outdoor Circuits: In all our total conditioning classes, our trainers will be taking you outdoors as much as possible to mix up the studio with some fun in the sun.

Workshop

Beat the Heat: Starting July 16, this 6 week workshop will include three weekly workouts to help you maintain your fitness routine throughout the summer.

Personal Training
