Like everything else at MAX Fitness, we do running differently. Not only do you get three weekly runs and great coaches, we have added a runner’s yoga class to give you a well-rounded training plan to power you to the finish line.

This clinic is for every runner, with three coaches ready to lead groups of every pace and skill level. First timer? Chasing a personal best? MAX is your training headquarters this spring and summer.

  • Saturday long run, yoga and coffee 8:30am
    • We finish our long runs with a runner’s yoga session and fresh coffee
  • Tuesday short run 6:00pm
    • Keep the momentum going with a short run
  • Thursday workout run 6:00pm
    • Intervals, hills, and other workouts to build speed and power

1 Olympic Drive, Mount Pearl:  

  • Saturday long run, yoga and coffee 8:30am
    • We finish our long runs with a runner’s yoga session and fresh coffee
  • Monday short run 6:00pm
    • Keep the momentum going with a short run
  • Wednesday workout run 6:00pm
    • Intervals, hills, and other workouts to build speed and power
