Dance Program
MAX Dance is a place to discover or rediscover a love of movement. Our professional and nurturing staff is here to foster a lifelong love of dance. We offer fun classes for the recreational student as well as specialized classes for the more experienced or serious dancer. From Dance For Young Children to a variety of adult dance classes, we have it all. Whether this is your first class or your hundredth, whether you dance once a week or five times a week, you will find a place at MAX Dance.
MAX Dance offers a wide range of styles and levels of dance. One of the benefits of being a larger school is that we have a diverse staff including up and coming teachers who have their fingers on the pulse of the dance scene as well as experienced professionals with vast resources to draw from. We encourage interested students to study with an assortment of our practiced teachers in a variety of styles, as this builds a well-rounded dancer.
In addition to our recreational classes, we are delighted to offer Cecchetti Syllabus Ballet exam classes in a variety of levels. These classes are enjoyed by the more serious ballet technician and anyone interested in studying this internationally acclaimed classical ballet syllabus concentrating on anatomical alignment, internalization and execution of Cecchetti technique.
For the experienced dancer, we have developed a special set of classes called Company classes. These advanced classes are designed for advanced dancers in our community looking to keep up their skills and further their dance education. These classes are attended by members of the community, graduates of the Academy program, dance teachers and our own staff. We offer a drop in fee for Company classes.
