Train Like a Pro
The Tampa Bay Lightning have rewarded Teddy Purcell for his breakout season, signing the right-wing to a three-year contract extension. Teddy was interviewed by NTV’s Mark Dwyer while working out at the MAX Fitness and Conditioning Centre this morning.
Teddy, along with other Newfoundland home-grown professional hockey players Ryane Clowe, Adam Pardy, Robert Slaney, Justin Pender and Sam Roberts, will be participating in a MAX event called Train Like a Pro on Wednesday, July 18 from 7:30pm to 9:30pm at 34 New Cove Road. This event is free to attend and spectators will have the opportunity to watch the players train and get their autographs.
