Now Offering Yoga and Pilates

Starting June 4, we will be offering Yoga and Pilates at the MAX Fitness and Conditioning Centre, 34 New Cove Road, St. John’s.

The classes will be free for Flexible and Flex Plus gym members. We will also have 10 class passes available for Surge, Yoga and  Pilates for $120 plus HST.

The schedule will be as follows:


Yoga

Monday 5:30 PM

Tuesday 6:30 AM & 5:30 PM

Wednesday 7:30 PM

Thursday 6:30 AM, 5:30 PM & 7:30 PM

 

Pilates 1

Tuesday 6:30 PM

Wednesday 6:30 PM

 

Pilates 2

Monday 6:30 AM

Tuesday 7:30 PM

Wednesday 6:30 AM
