Weekly Workouts:

Strength – A total body strength circuit, designed to teach you the fundamental movements for building strength and power. This class will build lean muscle and burn fat while doing it.

Cardio Cutter – A cardio based class that will have your heart rate elevated and metabolism boosted. Get ready for fun team building exercises and a great sweat!

Total Body Blast – With 14 circuits and a motivating trainer, this class will ensure a full body workout combining both conditioning and strength based exercises.
