Dane Woodland

Dane’s love for fitness and wellness started at an early age and has continued to develop throughout his life. With a background in athleticism, Dane has participated in a wide variety of sports as both an athlete and coach. Most notably, Dane attended Canada Games 2013 during which he competed in shot put, javelin, and discus.

Through his experiences as an athlete, Dane is no stranger to injury and has geared much of his training focus toward functional movement and injury prevention. Dane is a posture and form perfectionist and is always eager to improve his abilities as a fitness professional through furthering his education.

With over five years of experience as a personal trainer, Dane is certified through Canfitpro as a Personal Training Specialist, is a TRX TEAM (R4) Coach, holds a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certificate in Sport & Exercise Nutrition, and TP Therapy Level 1 Foam Rolling and TP Therapy Myofascial Compression Techniques credentials.

Dane loves to laugh and have a good time, and he will surely make your workouts both challenging and empowering. He believes in determining the type of fitness that works for each individual he works with and is committed to overcoming any limitations that may hinder a client from reaching their goals.
