We are excited to announce our newest fitness program!

MAX Kickstart is a 4-week program designed to get you moving in 2017. It is a perfect fit if you’re looking for some extra instruction and guidance, in a supportive and welcoming environment, to reach your fitness goals this year.

All clients get a full assessment and one-to-one instruction in small class sizes. The 8 group classes will use circuit style training with full body workouts that will energize you for the year to come.

When are classes?

  • Tuesdays, 9am – Total Body Blast
  • Thursdays, 9am – Extra Strength

A welcome and orientation session will be held Sunday, February 5

What do you get (besides great workouts)?

  • A complete fitness assessment to identify any injuries or restrictions on working out
  • Strength tracking to show how you’re getting stronger
  • A weekly nutrition bulletin to support your fitness
